This is an ongoing 1099 contractor role compensated through commissions on new client deals. For each client you successfully close, you will earn monthly commissions for a total of three (3) months following the close. Compensation is not hourly; however, for successful contractors, this structure typically equates to an effective hourly earning range of approximately $45–$65 per hour, based on results and time invested. What similar time-limited, per-deal commission structures (e.g., commissions paid for a defined number of months after each close) have you worked under previously, and what did or didn’t work well for you?
